歐盟擬與茅利塔尼亞漁業合作協定續約 歐洲執委會（EC）在取得歐盟27個會員國正式授權後，將與茅利塔尼亞展開影響歐盟船隊最深、花費歐盟最多經費的漁業合作協定續約協商。歐盟漁業委員長希望，系統傢俱歐盟部長級會議能支持/同意布魯塞爾與茅利塔尼亞當局就新協定展開會談。即將於2012年7月31日到期的現行漁業協定中明訂，歐盟年繳7,625萬歐元可取得110張許可証讓歐盟國家漁船在茅利塔尼亞水域作業。EC租房子為抗議茅利塔尼亞當局未善用該經費改善漁業現況及保障歐盟漁船的權益，於2010年底凍結半數的入漁費。歐盟漁業委員長表示，協商會將資源永續利用及打擊非法作業等議題納入續約考量。 .（摘譯自INFOFISH 負債整合Trade News, No. 6/2011，1 April 2011）NEGOTIATIONS TO RENEW FISHERIES AGREEMENT WITH MAURITANIA AREIMMINENTThe 27 Member States of the European Union (EU) will approve authorization to 結婚the EuropeanCommission (EC) in order to negotiate the renewal of the fisheries agreement with Mauritania.The EU Fisheries Commissioner said that she hoped the Council of Ministers of the 褐藻醣膠EU will giveits "backing" or permission to Brussels to begin talks on a new agreement with the Mauritanianauthorities. The current fisheries agreement, which is the most important for 有巢氏房屋the EU fleet and theone that costs the EU the most in financial terms, will expire on 31 July 2012.The protocol allows 110 European vessels to operate in Mauritanian waters in exchange 西服for anannual compensation of EUR 76.25 million. During the end of 2010, the EC blocked half of thefinancial compensation to Mauritania for harassment of EU vessels and considering that 花蓮民宿itsauthorities are not using the funds adequately to advance the sector.
